Outre la <b>menace d&rsquo;une intervention tarifaire \u00e0 partir de 2026<\/b>, un nouveau renforcement du gel des admissions figure \u00e0 nouveau en t\u00eate de l&rsquo;agenda politique. Les cons\u00e9quences pourraient \u00eatre importantes:<\/div>\n<div id=\"langtext_div4\" class=\"Text\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div id=\"langtext_div5\" class=\"Aufz\u00e4hlung\">\u00a0Si vous avez un cabinet m\u00e9dical et que vous pr\u00e9voyez de prendre votre retraite, il vous faudra peut-\u00eatre le fermer.<\/div>\n<div id=\"langtext_div6\" class=\"Aufz\u00e4hlung\">\u00a0Si vous avez besoin de personnel m\u00e9dical suppl\u00e9mentaire dans votre service hospitalier ou votre cabinet, il est interdit de recruter du personnel suppl\u00e9mentaire.<\/div>\n<div id=\"langtext_div7\" class=\"Text\">\u2022\u00a0 Si vous souhaitez \u00e9tablir votre propre cabinet, cela ne sera possible que dans une r\u00e9gion \u00absous-dot\u00e9e\u00bb.<\/div>\n<div id=\"langtext_div8\" class=\"Aufz\u00e4hlung\">Lorsque vous \u00eates responsable d&rsquo;un service hospitalier, il peut arriver que vous ne trouviez plus de m\u00e9decins assistants, car la formation postgradu\u00e9e dans des disciplines sans perspectives d&rsquo;avenir n&rsquo;est pas attrayante pour une activit\u00e9 en cabinet<\/div>\n<div id=\"langtext_div9\" class=\"Text\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div id=\"langtext_div10\" class=\"Text\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div id=\"langtext_div11\" class=\"Text\">Bien que les statistiques collect\u00e9es jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent par la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration dans le cadre de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude OBSAN ne refl\u00e8tent pas la r\u00e9alit\u00e9, les cantons sont n\u00e9anmoins pri\u00e9s de r\u00e9glementer les besoins sur la base de ces donn\u00e9es.<\/div>\n<div id=\"langtext_div12\" class=\"Text\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div id=\"langtext_div13\" class=\"Text\">Afin de pouvoir repr\u00e9senter la situation r\u00e9elle de la couverture en dermatologie en Suisse et de pr\u00e9senter ainsi des arguments fond\u00e9s dans le cadre des discussions politiques avec les responsables, la SSDV r\u00e9alise actuellement, en collaboration avec la Haute \u00e9cole de St-Gall, une \u00e9tude sur la couverture en dermatologie en Suisse. A cette occasion, nous leur ferons parvenir un sondage en ligne.
